Out of School Hours Care

The Beeac Primary School Kelly Club program started in 2022, thanks to support from Government Establishment funding. 

We love being part of the strong local community that supports our rural school. Through Kelly Club’s revenue-sharing model, we help to financially support the school, which benefits our learning community.

Our programs are designed to provide your children with a home away from home where they love to spend time each day. Our staff know kids and how to bring out the best in them. We have plenty of fun activities tailored to their ages and skill levels, like baking, sports, art, crafts, and there’s also the opportunity to spend some quiet time reading or doing homework.

 The Kelly Club operates the following hours at Beeac Primary School:

• Before school care: 6am – 8.45am
• After school care: 3.15pm – 6pm 

Kelly Club is CCS approved, so you can enjoy a subsidy of up to 100% of your fees, depending on your circumstances.

Kelly Club parents are eligible for CCS (Child Care Subsidies) available through Services Australia (Centrelink).

CCS is a payment-on-behalf that helps families with the costs of before- and after-school care program and school holiday programs.

Your family can enjoy up to an 85% reduction in Kelly Club fees – depending on factors like combined family income, activity test, and service type. The subsidy is paid directly to Kelly Club and will be passed on to eligible families as a fee reduction.

Additional subsidies – up to 100% – may also be available depending on your situation, including if you are studying, experiencing financial hardship, starting a new business, or are a grandparent with custody of your grandchild. Visit Services Australia for further information.
