Beeac Primary School is a school located in the township of Beeac, 19km north-east of Colac on the Ballarat Road. The school is set in well maintained grounds which include two tennis courts, a cricket pitch and practice nets, a covered sandpit, an adventure playground, a tree-fringed oval as well as asphalt play areas. A pleasant garden area provides a focus for more placid activities.

The original brick school building consists of a double classroom, office and a staffroom/administration area. Our grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 students are housed in this Picture gardenbuilding. A brand new classroom at the rear of the cluster of buildings houses our Preps, and grades 1 and 2 students. In 1994 the Irrewarra School building was located on our school site. Renamed “Warrabee”, the building is now utilised as the library for all local Primary Schools. Additionally one of the rooms in this building is also used for our Art Centre.

As the school is located beside the community centre, the school is fortunate in being able to use the local oval, community hall and its attendant kitchen for varied activities.
